Social Studies

In the upper division we offer a variety of social science and history classes ranging from the exploration of modern history and contemporary global issues to the study of social science disciplines. These courses help students understand and analyze the complexity of human issues and take an informed stance on them. Through our curriculum we provide students with opportunities to apply what they are learning in the classroom and to understand their own lives in a broader social context.
