TSI Resources
The Texas Success Initiative Assessment, better known as the TSI test, is a program which determines the appropriate level of college course work for an incoming student. The TSI test consists of three separate exams: Mathematics, Reading, and Writing. Begining Fall 2020, the Writing and Reading will be combined into one test.
Passing Scores are:
Math: 350
Reading: 351
Writing: 340 on the Grammar section and 4 on the Essay
Students are able to test on Saturdays at 8:00 am for all subjects. Students must sign in at the Counseling Center a day before testing, and documentation of 6 tutoring hours are required to be able to test.
